Joseph Lee is Chief Executive Officer of Citiscape Construction, LLC and previously served as the Vice President for U.S. Construction & Development Consultants in Houston, Texas. All of Citiscape Construction’s projects have sold within 60 days of final completion. Lee is responsible for construction management, financial budgets, costs analysis, lender draw funding, marketing & sales, real estate development, property acquisitions, city permits, and client relations.
Lee graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Lee has been in the real estate industry since 1999. Additionally, Lee holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and a Construction Management Certificate from the City of Houston. Citiscape Construction, LLC continues its growth with new range of commercial and residential real estate projects overseen by Lee and his accomplished team. On his spare time, Lee serves on the board as Vice President for NAAAP Houston, a non-profit organization, and also enjoys playing piano, tennis, snowboarding, and skiing.
